The Do-It-Yourself Web Search Catalog (9/12/2008)

Build and use your own Table of Contents for the Web : This page lets you quickly create a browseable-clickable index of search topics, which you can then (logically) browse and click away. The intention is to have a (hopefully) better way to research on a list of topics that have a common theme.
